One of the features of the new website is the ability for users to book their car in for servicing online, choosing a date and time that suits them.

Well now you don’t have to! By filling in a quick and easy form online, Smith and Hunter will do all the legwork for you; helping you find the car of your dreams at the best possible price. Oh and did we mention that they can sell your car for you as well?

After registering online, users will have the option to sign up for a loyalty card. This card will enable users to receive discounts on parts and labour, early notification on special offers and first refusal on service slots.

With all these features coupled together with its superb functionality, some car enthusiasts would suggest that this was another ‘top gear’ performance by Hatch…we would like to think so too.

After months of anticipation, the day has dawned…William Baker’s bboyunderwear.com has finally been launched; after some hard work from our web development team of course.

After watching Kylie launch yet another range designed solely for women, our account manager could not help but smile with glee, now that William Baker has produced a fantastic swim and underwear range for the forgotten gender.

bboyunderwear.com is a stylish and sophisticated website with a huge emphasis on high-impact photography and slick architecture which is used to give the site a superior appearance, with JavaScript being used to dramatic effect to enhance interactivity.

Hatched with e-ase

Over the recent Valentine’s Day period the Hatch team combined both our creative and technical expertise to deliver an email marketing campaign for Kuati.

The objective of this campaign was to create an increase in web traffic & sales; as well as maintaining a close relationship with their existing customers – all of which were achieved successfully.

Hatch achieved a 36% open rate and a 45% click through rate for the February 2008 email broadcast.

With the February 2008 broadcast coupled with the ‘Valentine’s Day Funny Stories’ competition launched on facebook, Hatch not only helped increase awareness of Kuati.com, but also their client database by 104%

So although our Marketing Director spent Valentine’s Day all alone; he still at least had something to smile about.

The Face of Luxury

Valentine’s Day has come and gone. For some of us, love would have been in the air! While for others a time to despair.

To help numb the pain, or relive the occasion our friends over at Kuati have launched a competition on facebook called “Valentine’s Day Funny Stories“.

The Hatch team are always pleased when we acquire a new client but this one promises to be a little bit special.

Smith and Hunter Ltd are a luxury car garage based in West London’s Notting Hill and are celebrating 100 years in the motor industry.

To mark this incredible achievement Smith and Hunter have entrusted Hatch to design a brand new website which will reflect their culture and heritage. One new feature of the website will be an integrated booking system which will adhere to their client’s entire car servicing needs.

Luxury Jarlsberg Cheese?

Hatch has recently delivered another viral email campaign for the Tine owned brand Jarlsberg, which moves on from the 2006 campaign.

The objective, over the next 8 months, is to re-position Jarlsberg in the UK as a luxury brand in the cheese market whilst increasing the size of the database. However, our task has been hindered by the fact that the Jarlsberg ‘brand’ has been compromised because Jarlsberg is also a ‘type’ of cheese; this means that many of the supermarkets can choose to re-package Jarlsberg with it’s own labeling. Very tricky indeed!

Nevertheless, in our efforts boost awareness of the brand, we have completely revamped the creative approach for the UK using black and gold as primary colour-ways to enrich the look and feel. We have also tried to associate the brand with other luxury items, that would be recognisable to the predominantly AB female target market.

The campaign has proved to be another success with a 50% open rate and 43% click-through rate. The viral activity also paid dividends with the campaign being shared with a further 300 prospects – around about a 10% increase on the good data we had.
